We normally use USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS. If  you have a definite preference, please email so we can give you exact shipping costs.  All packages 13 ounces and above automatically leave first class rates and go into the USPS "Priority" rates.    If you only order a few koozies, they're light, they will go first class in an envelope and you'll more than likely receive a paypal refund.  If you'd rather not bother with receiving a refund simply email your order in with your zip code and we'll send out a paypal invoice with your exact shipping.

Shipping Rates Can Be Adjusted for Actual Shipping if you Email your Order, then you will receive a paypal invoice.  International Customers are responsible for their own customs fees, etc., associated with their package.
HOW FAST DO WE SHIP?  If your items are in stock we do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If your order comes in in the morning it quite possibly will be shipped the same day.  The exception being that we don't normally ship on Saturdays and obviously any other postal holidays.  Packages will either go out UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.

If we are lacking part of your order you will be emailed that something will be missing and sent when they arrive, or we will ship 2 orders.  Normally  this is a particular koozie color.  If you opt for 2 separate shipments, if your shipping fees charged don't cover, we will send you a paypal invoice for the difference.  I normally have a koozie order coming in weekly, so if a color is lacking for your order it is usually only a few days before I receive my next shipment.  If you don't receive a paypal invoice saying your package has been labeled and sent, or an email saying some of your colors aren't in, PLEASE email.  It's quite possible it's simply a human or computer error and your order has slipped into cyper space somewhere.  Or call at any time, 703-754-8685, if you get voice mail, pls leave message.

Once your label has been prepared  you should receive an email from paypal which will have your tracking number on it.  Unlike UPS, USPS does not give you detailed information (in most cases) when you go into USPS.com to check on the number.  It normally only shows up when it has actually reached its destination.  

INSURANCE: Insurance is not required on most items, but is highly recommended.  Remember that insurance covers lost packages as well as damaged packages.  Once we ship out a package and get a confirmation saying it has been delivered we cannot replace packages if, for instance,someone picks it up at your door, etc., mailman delivered to wrong house etc.  We DO RECOMMEND insurance on any acrylic items as they can be delivered damaged if handled incorrectly.

USPS Delivery Confirmation - No Charge

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION - if you have had trouble before with packages disappearing you might want to consider adding signature confirmation to your order.  
RETURN  POLICY - All items may be returned for refund, minus shipping costs to you, and you paying shipping back to us, for whatever reason as long as they are in the new condition that they  were sent in.  This must be received within 10 days 2 of your receiving the items.  Simply email and let me know you're returning so I'll be looking for the package.  Return packages must have delivery confirmation.

If you order the wrong color and want to  exchange it, not a problem.  But we cannot send out the new color request until we receive the order back from you.   Sorry to have to do that but it's one lesson learned the hard way.  You can reorder your new color sending payment, send the old order back  and  we'll refund when received. 

EXCEPTIONS - About the only exception would be if you ordered and received specially printed koozies or  any other item that we don't normally carry and ordered special for you.  These cannot be returned unless there is a mistake in the printing on our part or we ordered the wrong item for you. 

Other exception would be on group buys that I don't normally carry on the site.  Reason being is that on most of these buys you and I are seeing them for the first time.  These we  cannot do returns on.  . 
SHIPPING RATES -- I HATE these as much as everyone, BUT, they are a necessity of life, I guess.  So I try to make them as painless as possible.  I do not charge a "handling" fee.  Never could figure what that was all about, kind of a hidden fee I guess.  I thought of  flat rate, but it just didn't work.  At any rate, after much trial and error with all the various zip codes I ship to, I finally came up with the rates listed below using dollar amt of purchase.  It actually is fairly accurate unless you're ordering only a few koozies (which can be shipped first class in an envelope).  I will ship annyway you wish, only all must have delivery confirmation attached to it.  
Please bear in mind that I am not the postal department.  Once a package leaves my hands and enters the postal system there's nothing I can do if your package is loss, mis-delivered, damaged, etc.  Insurance, signature confirmatin, etc., can be added on your package by clicking on items  towards the end of the page.
